The Cape Coral-Lee County Public Library is the primary library for Cape Coral, as well as one of the five regional libraries serving Lee County. It houses the system's humanities collection, including the 34 volume Dictionary of Art. It also has a large meeting room, Internet access, a word processor and typewriter for public use, microform magazine archives and printers, and a busy youth services program. The library offers programs for adults and children, including storytime. The library has a 24/7 bookdrop located directly on the south side of the building, facing Mohawk Parkway.
